Returns and Exchanges

We are pretty excited about your support of our small business and a worthy cause. We hope you are excited too. If for some strange reason you're not happy with your purchase, or, in the unlikely event gremlins invaded your package and it showed up damaged, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right. Returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date.

 

EXCHANGES

You may exchange most new, unworn, unwashed, item(s) for a like item(s) within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@goplaygear.com. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will send out your replacement(s). You will be responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us. 

As a small business, we are happy to exchange. We are not able to cover the shipping fees of items sent back to us. We will, however, cover the cost of sending out the new item(s) to you. An order can only be exchanged once.

 

RETURNS

We'd be happy to accept a return and issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please know that we don't send out return shipping labels and we do not refund shipping charges. Please email us at customerservice@goplaygear.com. Once we receive the return, please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed and applied to your account. Refunds will only be processed to the original form of payment.

 

Requirements:

  • Orders may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Only new, unworn, unwashed clothing can be exchanged.

  • Original Shipping fees are not refunded or credited.  

  • Returns to your original payment method will incur a $5 restocking fee per item.  A portion of the restocking fee is the charity donation.

  • Exchanges and Returns for store credit are free and do not incur a restocking fee.

 

ITEMS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:

  • The item was already exchanged. 

  • Item has been worn, washed, used, dried, or stained in any way.

  • Items must be free of odors. Items containing any smoke odors will not be eligible for an exchange or refund..

  • Item was marked as Clearance - all clearance items are sold as is and are not returnable.

  • Item was refused upon delivery.

  • Item was a customized/personalized design.

 

These policies are only valid for purchases made on GoPlayGear.com. Any purchases made on third-party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, and Instagram have return policies stated on their respective websites.

Orders are limited to 1 discount code/coupon. Discounts cannot be combined.
